Stokes is a member of the bar in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He
has 26 years of experience in real estate law and has, at one time
or another, managed most of the major title insurance companies in
Rhode Island. He has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate
law, from the most complex of commercial transactions to simply properly
preparing closings and documents for residential refinance closings.
Matt Stokes is a title examiner with eight years of experience, and
has searched titles in all of Rhode Island's 39 cities and towns (even
Block Island!) as well as nearly every registry of deeds in Massachusetts.
Together, they are a team of professionals in a position to provide
a unique blend of experience that can add value to your office's services.
